I have developed a Java product to Beta level which has already been
evaluated by it's target users with a 1 million euro funded project by the
European Commission. I have also been a recipient of a DTI SMART award. The
product has a large market and a strategy for sales and marketing has been
worked out.

I am looking for skilled Java developers as business partners to add
features and launch the product for sale from a web site. The reason I am
looking for business partners is because I need very motivated and committed
people rather than 'employee minded' people. Consequently I am willing to
involve good compatible software experts as peers in my venture. The rewards
for everybody will depend upon success (which I hope will separate the wheat
from the chaff).
