Hi,

I'm placing together some tools for developement like CVS , several plugins
for Eclipse, etc..
But I lack a bug traker. I have read a lot about Bugzilla , that's the best
, etc ,etc.. but it doesn't run on windows. I do not another machine to run
a linux so I'm a bit in trouble. So, do you know any other bug traker that
can run on windows , and in particular can run in a web server like tomcat ?
(for CVS I used CVSNT)

Bugzilla will run on Windows. I've used it that way.
Our project encountered some minor bug on Windows
that wasn't on Linux, but I can't remember what it was.
In any case, we used it successfully on Windows for over
a year using IIS as the web server.

Read the Bugzilla documentation carefully.
It does run on Windows. However you will have to pick up all separate
components for Windows to be able to run it.

I can assure that it will be worth it.
