Unit testing GUI, possible frameworks

I would like to develop unit tests for some of the GUI components that
I've been developing.

There seem to be a number of different options. Of these JFCUnit,
Abbot, and Jemmy seem to be the best options.

Has any one got experiences that they would like to share? Who has
used them? Which works best?
