Webstart and Resources

Hi, I'm just trying to deploy some apps using webstart.
Usually the applications are driven by a configuration file, for webstart
I changed the code to read it from resources. While this works fine
locally, it breaks in webstart.

I have two jar files, one with a PluginManager who tries to read the
configuration file using

URL url = PluginManager.class.getClassLoader().getResource( "plugins.xml"
);

The file itself is contained in another jar file (where no class is
instantiated at that point in time) but is not found. How could I
circumvent this type of problem ?

Thanks, Carsten
