Does DNN 3.x support MySQL?

If it is, please let me know how to config.

Not out of the box. Geert Veenstra was working on one, but it's been a
while since his last update. He does have one for DNN 2 at
http://www.cyberhuis.com/Home/tabid/36/Default.aspx.

There is also a group working on a FireBird provider for DNN at
http://adefwebserver.com/firebird/.
