HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource

Hi,

I am getting this error:

HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource

when I try to access any aspx page, even if the folder is set to
anonymous access. Other resources in same folder (eg. html pages) are
displayed fine.

The only way I can get an aspx page to display is if I log on as
administrator.

Any Ideas??
