comp.object once was a great newsgroup, but now there are not enough
persons taking part in it anymore for discussions to happen. Since
Alan Kay already stated that you can't do OOP in C++ or Java (but in
Lisp!), maybe we should forget about the idea of »programming-language
independent paradigms« and just speak of »C++ programming«, »Java
programming«, »Haskell programming« and so on. Programming is all about
the details, and the details are fixed only after a specific language
is chosen. So, if the project uses C++, ask here.
