Actually I was going answer "Why the use of HTML is good for create a
web page?" with: "Because when you use mini-marshmallows it makes the
monitor all sticky"

I am just tickled by the useless absurdly simplistic obviousness of the
"advice". How to make a popular website?

1. Make it good
2. Make it interesting
3. Publish it so it is seen...
4. Duh!
