NetFlix: Why Don't They Attribute Reviews?
 

NetFlix is obviously heavy into helping people identify movies
that they would like.

Yet they do not attribute the user reviews. If I read a few
dozen reviews of movies I've liked and I see that John Doe and
Mary Roe seem to have tastes similar to mine, I should be able to
call up their reviews and see what's out there of common
interest.

This seems so patently obvious to me that I think there must be
something wrong with the concept or NetFlix would have
implemented it.

So... what's the fallacy?
