whereabouts of Effective Perl
 

there's a Perler Joseph Hall who wrote Effective Perl and used to have
a site at effectiveperl.com

but the sites seems to be defunct since 2003-08, and there's no info
about him on the web.

did he just disappear to Alaska??

also, is there somewhere one can download his book in PDF that used to
be on his site?
