Searching perl cgi script that implements a Mailing-List
 

My web hoster allows me to setup own cgi perl scripts.
I want to implement a mailing list and need an appropriate perl script which offers all related functions:

- registering a new email participant (enter by the user in a html form)
- sending a verify email to the previously entered email address
- accepting the confirmation call
- broadcasting all emails coming from the mailing list owner to all members.
- email removing capability

Does someone know such a perl script? It should require as less modules and extensions as possible.
