How to recall add event from an Event handler??

page.Load += new EventHandler(this.Page_Load);
page.Load += new EventHandler(this.Page_Process);

how to runtime recall both Page_Load and Page Process from page.Load
eventhandler without calling them directly?

Those methods are event handlers, and should only be called by a raised
event. If you want to execute what's inside of those methods, you should
break out the insides into separate subroutines, and call those routines
from wherever you like.
