Run-time error: Server Application Unavailable
 

I am new to ASP.NET, but I know ASP. I just download a ASP.NET sample in
http://www.asp101.com/samples/calendar_aspx.asp and run it. It produces the
following run-time error. Any ideas?? Thanks!!

I just found http://www.asp.net/faq/ms03-32-issue.aspx, but it says the
following error only happens in Windows XP. My machine is Windows 2000 Pro.
Any ideas? Thanks!!
