DataGrid react on clicks

Hallo all

How can I react on Click (select) Events in a DataGrid?

I have implemented the SelectedIndexChanged EventHandler,
but it is not called.

When is this Event fired? What can I do to have a DataGrid
that reacts on clicks (without entering Links)?
