Telecom companies on social media
My name is Becky and this is my first time posting on this forum!
I work in telecommunications and was wondering if any of you ever use social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to "talk" to your broadband provider? Have you had any good/bad experiences?
What do you think about telecom providers, like SureWest.com, being active on social media for customer service and other reasons?
