I am new to cisco devices and networking. So i wanted to clarify one thing.. I give IP address : 10.232.40.3 with netmask 255.255.255.254 to FA 0/1 then can i give 10.232.40.10 with netmask 255.255.255.0 to FA 0/2??? |
Quote:
subnet-calculator .com Since 254 is a single ip you could give FA 0/2 a 10.232.40.8 255.255.255.248 but if you give it a 255.255.255.0 than you also include the .3 as well. |
