How to create Dynamic hyperlink in html?

I'm a final year Btech student and for our final year project we are working on bringing out a miniature model of a social networking site.For that i need to implement dynamic hyperlinks in which the anchor keeps changing.I do not have any idea of how to implement this...please can anyone help me out..
