The funny thing here is: Who is it that that resizes their browsers and sees that wonderful smooth floating effect? it's not the users, it's only the layout obsessive's like us :)) You keep the images centred with text align?: #ct1 { font-size:80%; font-weight:bold; margin:auto; max-width:1280px; padding-right:1px; text-align:center; <--------?????? } |

That centers the whole page and ?I think? is inherited in the image container.
