Brilliant scam <http://www.theregister.co.uk/2009/12/24/cia_montgomery/>.
The guy had the CIA believing he was decoding secret information, being
broadcast to terrorists, hidden inside the TV signal from Al Jazeera.

Of course, this was under the Bush regime...
