Hi Mitch

How sure are you that the 2003 exams retire?The Microsoft consultants say
that exams namely 70-282 is no longer a valid exam?

Yup Mitch is right, you can book the exam on prometric site (I checked) and
the MS Prep guide does not say that the exam is retired.
