Sony DVD Repair Help Required
 

I am hoping that there is someone that can help me regarding my DVD player!
It is a 5 disc DVD player and we had a single disc that was jambed inside the unit therefore not allowing us to open or close it.I have taken the cover off and removed the disc but now the player just keeps opening and closing on its own without any discs in it.
I have tried putting 5 discs in the try to see if this helps it but it goes through all the discs and opens the tray with a signal saying "6 disc NG".
Not sure what this means as it only holds 5 discs but if anyone has had a similar problem I would greatly appreciate any input on this matter.
