Windows 2000 RAS uninstal
I need to reinstall RAS on a Windows 2000 Professional computer for a
customer. I've tried reinstalling TCP/IP and that didn't do it. Every time I try to run the inetwiz to set up a new connection I can put the phone number in and the password but as soon as I try to save the connection with any name I get a popup that says "Connection is not a valid name. The entry name must contain at least one character that is not a space and can not contain a period. Choose a different name." It doesn't matter what I name it the same thing pops up. I've done a repair installation of 2000, run spyware killers and antivirus and nothing has worked yet. I looked at a bunch of pages on the internet but I don't have time to play with this any more.
