MCSA Win Server 2003 - Win Server 2008
Next year I'd like to get the MCSA certification with win server 2003 as all
exams and textbooks are available and well tested. As Win server 2008 is about to be released do you think that an upgrade exam will be available by mid 2008? Do you think that most companies will switch to 2008 faster than most users have done with Vista? Also from a professional standpoint do you think that to upgrade the MCSA to 2008 quickly is important in finding new jobs? |
Re: MCSA Win Server 2003 - Win Server 2008
Hi Pincopallino,
1) The upgrade exam from MCSA 2003 to MCTS will be available on October 27th... It will be 70-648: TS: Upgrading your MCSA on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist. 2) There will be no MCSA on Server 2008, only MCTS and MCITPs. Once you pass the upgrade exam you will need one more to obtain your MCITP, which will be available in the 90 days following the release of Server 2008. Good luck!
