plz suggest best combination for MCAD

Hi all,
i have one year .net experience.
i want to give MCAD exam to test and improve my skills.
plz suggest me best combination for MCAD so that it will benefit
for other certifications like MCSD,MCDBA also.
315+316+320=?
229+315+320=?
also,
please send me any e-books you have related to these exams.
