Hi Mansour,
If you took 70-316, you cannot get credit for 70-315 due to the nature of the test. The only difference between the 2 are the languages, not the overall content. Actually, I was thinking 316 and 315 were in the same accord...my mistake.
Yes, that would work. I took 70-305, 70-316, and 70-320. Sorry for the confusion. RE: free elective
Hmm... Correct me if I'm wrong... But aren't 70-315 & 316 both C#? Where's the difference in language then! :D heheh
I tihnk you're getting mixed up with 70-305 & 306 which are the VB.Net equivalents.. Oh and the content IS a little different... One is Windows apps & the other is Web apps... :) You really should spend your lunch hour in the pub you know : Lorn ----- Matt Hawley wrote: ---- Hi Mansour If you took 70-316, you cannot get credit for 70-315 due to the nature of the test. Hi,
yes you can. That is exactly how I did it. I took 315, then 320, and finally on last saturday I took 316. I looked at the microsoft MCP membersite and by 9AM they had already given me credit for MCAD. I requested my welcome kit. The membersite shows me having both MCP and MCAD certification. I just ordered my books for exam 229. Good luck! hi, i have read somewhere that as long as you take the
three exams then it is a valid combo for mcad.net... 70-305 or 70-315 70-306 or 70-316 70-310 or 70-320 hehe Johnson MCSD .NET >-----Original Message----- >Hi Mansour, > > If you took 70-316, you cannot get credit for 70-315 due to the nature of the test. Re: free elective
Can anyone verify this?
If it is possible to take ANY (intermixing C# or VB.net if one wanted too) one from this category (70-305, 70-315) Web one from this category (70-306, 70-316) Windows and one from this category (70-310, 70-320) XML and get your MCAD.NET WITHOUT the need for an elective (ex. 70-229) designated in the microsoft webpage? Thanks. Hi Allen,
Yes, you can intermix C# and VB.NET if you wanted to, in fact I did. I took 70-305, 70-316, and 70-320. Matt Hawley, MCAD .NET http://www.eworldui.net Can anyone verify this? Re: free elective
Hey Guys thanks for the clear up. I'll probably take the windows and xml
test after my scheduled 70-305 on april 24. I originally thought of taking SQL, but i think sticking with one technology first would probably be a lot easier. Thanks again.
