ummm... ISPCONFIG isn't a valid command. IPCONFIG is the right command.
You don't want to run IPCONFIG in the Run box unless your eyes are
waaaaaaaaaay faster than your computer.

ispconfig

For Windows 98SE:
start >run:
winipcfg
