Address Issues

I keep getting a "Conflict with an different IP address" error message (
sorry that I didn't write it down) that disconnects me from my router. This
is the one with the yellow yeild sign. Can someone tell me how to correct.

I posted this under the general last night.

RE: Address Issues

Hi
Some DSL/Broad band routers from internet providers give a ip address of
192.168.0.1,most of the wireless/DSL(such as dlink,linsys . . .) routers will
also give 192.168.0.1 as the default ip address.so there is a conflict
between both of them.so logon to your wireless/DSL broadband router and go
toLAN settings and assign different ip adresses(i.e 172.168.0.1).This might
be the reason for the conflicts.

Hope this works . . .
