Decent QoS ADSL router?

I'm trying out the Linksys WAG54GP2v2 (yeah, it's a VoIP model, but I
don't need the analogue phone adaptor built into whatever product I
choose) right now, but it has an awful UI and hardly any help. I'll be
damned if I can work out how to set up it's QoS. Linksys obviously hate
their customers.

So what is a good, configurable, but not impenetrably dense ADSL router
with good QoS and the ability to create numerous FW, port forwarding and
QoS rules?

TIA,
