The other company's product is probably not called "Microsoft Windows Vista" so it is unlikely that there's a trademark issue. In the unlikely event that a trademark infringement is determined to exist Microsoft will simply buy the rights to the name and the company involved would stand to make several year's revenue in one fell swoop. Don't hold your breath for a name change. |
