Web hosting site advice/suggestion
 

Can someone suggest a NZ based web-hosting site for small and probably
low bandwidth website.
It is going to be used for some software I want to post for
shareware/freeware.
The downloadable files will be ~1MB for two of the applications, and the
other is unknown yet as it is not finished.
The SW will be Mac only initially.

Also, could someone point me to a site or book that explains web hosting
and all the features & "goodies" they possess.
