SCO giving up on IBM?
 

" SCO is acting so strangely and stupidly from a legal perspective that I
have strong doubts they are acting on their own. I also do not think that
SCO has sufficient financial resources to pursue the legal issues they can
opened up much less the damages they may have to pay. I note with interest
the fact that SCO is not proceeding with discovery in the IBM case. And,
that is strange indeed. It clearly suggests they do not wish to follow up
on the law suit despite their denials. "
