ntntlog.txt. However, that question was not answered, so I
simplified.

From that log, I`d say that you have collected some Malware
which has cocked up you system.
I`d do a system repair from the original CD/DVD.

You post to the correct NG like Microsoft.public.Windows.Vista.General or
