Assuming outgoing, 1 per client. If you run say a cisco client to
destination A and a nortel 1 to destination B, then in networlk
connections you add as many other VPN connections you need or other
clients.

Practical issues like performance may have an effect and trying to
remember all the different connections you have open.

Lots, as with most Win things, perhaps many as you need until resources
as run out.

There are microsoft specific server newsgroups you could ask in.

Try www.google.com , there are as usual bound to be lots of info.

Up to 1,000 PPTP and 1,000 L2TP connections can be supported in Windows
Server 2003 Standard and Enterprise editions, while a single connection
of each type is supported in the Web edition. A single connection in the
Web edition can help to support a secure remote administration
mechanism.
