Installshield express for custom action for *.exe

Hello:

I am new in this installshield. I have 2 *.exe file both locat at C:
\Program Files\Common Files\Progress Software\WebClient. i install v9
first then install v10. i dont want over write both when i am install
v10. both version share same file name. Is there any way i could using
custom action to avoide overwrite?

How do i create custom action for *.exe before and after? can some one
please explain to me. thanks,
