Wireless connection is good but no internet access.
 

Let me start from the begining. I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 with
Intel PRO. Wireless linksys router connected to a cable modem. Its
been working fine for a year now until recently. First, I keep losing
connection on the wireless then contacted my ISP and they reset the
modem. I change the router configuration, set up encryption, set up
WAP PSK, set up SSID. Wireless is enable. Now wireless connection is
good but I can't connect to the internet. Whenever I open up explorer
or mozilla, it says that its can't connect to server. Can anyone
help ?

Try connecting to the router's internet webserver. I you can't even do that
then the router might be FUBAR. Find the latest and greatest version of the
firmware for your router and hit it with new firmware. Firmware updates are
suppose to fix bugs. Beware that if you have a power outage or the router or
the computer are powered off while your hitting the router with the new
firmware, you'll "brick" the router. In which case you'll end up getting a
new router all together. Good luck.

Can you actually connect to the Router's Menus by typing the Router's core
IP to the Browser address box.
