The first spam sent out was by a husband and wife lawyer team from
Texas (84-85?), They were forced off the internet; how times have
changed.

Punishment for spammers needs to be more severe.

Give a spammer two chances.

The first offense, chop off their head.

With a rusty blade.

Slowly.

Multiple times.

That will stop spammers.
