Nero Error: Illegal Mode for this track (056400)
 

During Transfer rate test of CD-DVD speed,I am getting this error
within couple of minutes ,speed shown is 8.6x,start3.49x.

While Scan Disc shows 88.1% Good,11.9% Damaged,Bad 0.1%,Speed 0.22x.
File Position L Quality
VCD/INFO.VCD 0MB 2KB 100
VCD/ENTRIES.VCD 0MB 2KB 100
MPEGAV\MUSIC01.DAT 1MB 689.964KB 0

How can I fix this error?

The dvd might have some copy protection ("unreadable sectors") in place.
Best practice for such a test is to use a plain data dvd.
