No, you don't.

You need information on

* proper English, the basics - a.k.a. "Why punctuation, capitalisation,
sentence building and the definite article are not optional"
* proper posting to Usenet - a.k.a. "Get a newsreader or learn to use
Google properly"
* beginners' programming
* beginners' C

When you have not only followed these courses, but passed a decent,
rigourous exam, you may be ready for advanced C programming. Perhaps.
