Dell Warranty...How Good Is It?
Asking to see if what I'm going thru is the norm or the exception.
I've already placed four calls to Tech telephone line...which ends up with
me talking to someone in India.
Each time I've called, the Tech tells me what I should do...Pull flat
cables, Run IDE tests and other actions. They have not come up with "why the
grinding sound...which they hear when I place the portable phone next to the
After all my calls you would think the "On Site" portion of the extended
warranty I bought would kick in and they would send someone to our house to
see what's what.
None of the Techs has suggested and I 'm starting to think that payong
several hundred for extended warrany coverage was a dumb thing to do.
Anyone else experiencing anything like I've posted?
