how to do cvs check-in check-out using ant.

Hi, I want to do check-in check-out using ANT.
I have used following commands.

<target name="checkOutFromCVS" >
<!--<cvs command="-q diff -u -N" output="patch.txt"/>-->
<cvs cvsRoot="${cvs.server.root}"
package="${cvs.server.package}"
dest="${cvs.server.destination}"
/>
</target>

<target name="checkOutFromCVS1" >
<!--<cvs command="-q diff -u -N" output="patch.txt"/>-->
<cvs command="update -A -d"/>
</target>

I am getting following errors:-
checkOutFromCVS:
[cvs] Caught exception: CreateProcess: cvs
-d:pserver:username@server:path
checkout ${cvs.server.package} error=2

checkOutFromCVS1:
[cvs] Caught exception: CreateProcess: cvs update -A -d error=2

Can anyone tell me why this error is coming?
Or can anyone provide the correct commands to do cvs check-in check-out
using ANT including ENV. variable.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards
Vijay

Looks to me as if the cvs executable is not in PATH.
