Application ID?

Hi all
I am trying to enter a value in the table aspnet_Applications
Column ApplicationId

How do I enter a value there?
On the dev. machine I have a long number.
On the server (sql 2000 on W2K3) there is no data in the table.

Please help

I had to put {the number}
