Can't restart, only shutdown
 

Running XP home. I can't ever do a restart, it will always shut down. Even
if I try to log off or switch users it takes
a long time to close out and then shuts down. On my son's account however
you can log off or switch rather quickly or do
a restart no problem. Posted this a few months ago and about the only
replys I got were to check the power setting
which didn't seem to matter.
