Catalyst 3500 Series XL

When out catalyst 3500 is powered on it doesn't appear to do POST
test. All that happens is a green LED is displayed on Port 10 / 14 /
18 and 22.

Tried connecting to console port and powering up but nothing happens.

Any ideas
