Mobile Roaming Between GPRS and 802.11b
 

Hello All,

For a university project I am researching into other methods of seamless
roaming between GPRS and 802.11b (or any network type for that matter)

I am looking at a slightly different method other then MobileIP, which only
requires one gateway. I have started writing up the project initial report
and would greatly apreaciate it if you guys could give me your opinions of
my possible solution:

Further down the bottom of this page is where I am starting to describe my
ideas which basically consist of a special driver which encapsulates packets
to force them through a special gateway which changes addresses.
