Please, help me.

I need Cisco SESM Platform SDK - this is a package of Java libraries for
working with CISCO.
The people that buy something from Cisco - hardware, software - they can
download Cisco SESM Platform SDK.

Maybe somebody has Cisco SESM Platform SDK? Or somebody bought any product
from Cisco and has opportunity to download this software?
