MCP site error: "There was an error while registering you as a Learner. Please try after some time."
 

I'm trying to login to the MCP site & get going on my new certification kit.
When I enter the site via my existing passport id I get a profile
questionaire to validate my information. When I press continue, I get the
error text listed in the subject. I have gotten the same results for the
past week or so. I cannot find any reference on the web site to contact
for help. Has anyone else fixed this error? If not, what email address or
phone number can I use for help on the MCP site?
