Minolta S414 8/12 bit problem
 

Minolta advertised and states in the manual that the camera has 12 bit
conversions. I can only get it to report 8 bit data with both their
Dimage viewer and Photoshop. I have called the trouble line and they
say send it back for repair.

How many bits do you get and what mode does it take to get 12 bits?
