Lost Taskbar + Error 1068 + Runtime error 462
 

I just recently notcied that I have lost my Taskbar, I cannot drag it
up, I also tried a toold kalled Taskbar Repair Tool Plus to fix it but
it came up with a "Run time error '462'" error and now whenever i go to
manually start up services i get a "Error 1608".
If anyone can help it would extrmrly appreciated!
