Stop Error Help?

My system is running WIN2K. When I tried to boot the system this morning I
got a blue screen with the following error message:

STOP: 0x0000007B (0x82b2aa30, 0xc0000032, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

Any help or suggestions? I cannot get to SAFE MODE or a C:\ prompt. After
the error message the instruction is to execute CHKDSK /F, but I can't do
it?
