Problem in outlook express Re. newsgroups and e-mail
 

Hi
I seem to have this problem in outlook express all of a sudden a box comes
up saying an unknown errer has occurred and i cannot send or recieve e-mails
or read my newsgroups the only way I get put it right is to reboot and go to
newsgroups and reset the list and after I do this it works okay.
